Senior Ambassador Program

Diamond J Photography is seeking high school seniors for the NEW Senior Ambassador Program! I am looking for ambassadors from various schools in the Washington, Benton, Madison, and White Counties to act as representatives. Throughout the year, you may see your images on marketing materials. The best part is that you're able to win prizes and additional senior sessions when your friends book sessions using your name.

I am looking for students from the Class of 2024 and 2025 with outgoing personalities who like to have fun. I prefer our representatives to be involved in extracurricular activities and willing to go the extra mile to promote Diamond J Photography. Your senior portraits should reflect your personality. For your mini photo session, bring in a couple of outfits representing your style. If you play a sport, bring in your uniform and sports equipment if possible. If you play an instrument, bring it. A limited number of representatives will be chosen, so apply now

NOTE: Students must refer a minimum of three (3) bookings to be eligible to win the prizes and complimentary sessions. Bookings must be at least one hour long each.

ATTENTION PARENTS:

Your child's senior year of high school can be very expensive, whether it's graduation announcements, yearbooks, college applications, or prom. Diamond J Photography is giving you the opportunity to save some money by allowing your child to become a Senior Ambassador for my brand.

You MUST sign the contract with me before I book the mini-session. It’s available below. By signing this contract, you are permitting Diamond J Photography to use your son’s/daughter’s first name and photographs on my website, social media and in marketing materials. The signing of my contract and entry form in no way obligates the winners and/or parent/guardian to make purchases from Diamond J Photography.

You also MUST attend your child's FREE mini portrait session. I require this to ensure that an adult ACTUALLY knows that your child is participating in this program. I will also answer any questions you may have about the program at this time.

  • When should I schedule my senior's photo session?
Ideally before March. You'll want to give yourself enough time if you plan on sending graduation invitations using the photos from this session. You might consider scheduling two senior photo sessions to capture your senior during their "season". Think football, livestock shows, cheer, etc.
  • Can I bring an animal?
Sure! If you have a pet or any livestock you show/raise, we can certainly have a conversation about including them in your session. However, please make sure to have an extra person to care for/hold the animal(s) when we are taking photos without the animal(s).
  • Can the senior's grownup attend?
Sure! However, it might be best to hang back. Sometimes seniors photograph better without their grownups around.
  • Can I bring props?
Who doesn't love some props??? Bring them! But do remember that your senior should be the star of the photo, not the props.
  • Do you only photograph high school seniors?
I will photograph any senior, whether you're graduating from high school, community college, trade school, a four-year university, or graduate school. These are all fantastic accomplishments that should be celebrated! If you're not sure what counts as a senior photo shoot, shoot me a message. We can chat!
